The initial Alabama Rural Health Conference will be held on March 24 and 25, 2010 in Prattville, Alabama. This event is being jointly presented by the Alabama Rural Health Association, the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health in the Alabama Department of Public Health, and several other organizations with strong Alabama rural health interests. This conference is to be the first of an annual event. This promises to be an excellent opportunity to learn more about prominent Alabama and national rural health issues and concerns. Additional information on registration, continuing education unit credits that will be available, opportunities for exhibitors, and other information on this conference will be announced at this site as this becomes available.
